Drop-off & Pick-up Information

Before School Supervision
Patio supervision is Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 7:50 am.
Classrooms open by 7:50 am.

Drop-Off
DO NOT DROP-OFF ON HARP ROAD.

You may drive through the parking lot up to the front school steps and drop off.  Pull as close to Harp as possible so that multiple cars can drop-off simulataneously.

Children may also be dropped off at the Northwest corner of the Parish Hall/Upper Room and use the walkway marked with cones.  Cars using this drop-off will use the driveway between the Church and Parish Kitchen/Hall and exit to Harp Rd.

You may also drop-off at neighboring businesses.  Children will enter the church parking lot and walk along the fence line to school.

Early Pick-Up
Please do your best to schedule appointments or travel outside of school time.  If your child will be leaving school early, you may park on Harp Rd., call the Office, and your child will be walked out to you.  You are also welcome to come into the Office and check your child out.  All children must be checked out from the office.  Your child may not be released to you from the playground or classroom without first checking out with the Office.  Please log this missed class time in SchoolSpeak.

Return to Campus
When returning to campus after an appointment, students will enter the Harp Rd. gate and report to the Office and be given a pass to return to class.  Parents are not required to come in to sign their child back into class.

Daily Pick-Up
Parents wait in their cars or outside of Scrip office until the bell rings.  Children are picked up from the classroom rain or shine.  Students will not be permitted to meet you in the parking lot or across the street.  If your child will be walking home, please indicate this in TADS.  If your child has permission to walk to a neighboring business where you will pick them up, please send a note to school granting specific permission.  Only those on your child's Pick-Up list will be allowed to pick-up.  Persons not regularly picking your child up may be asked to present their identification or the Office may call home before releasing your child.

Extended Care Pick-Up
Any student not picked up by 10 minutes after dismissal will be sent to Extended Care and can be picked up by checking out with Mrs. Ponce in the Extended Care room, playground, or lunch area depending on time of pick-up.
